President Barack Obama called on Democrats in Congress to pass Obamacare despite political risks and Republican opposition. He never had the courage to name the nuclear option, i.e. reconciliation, that Florida Pundit predicted he would resort to, but that is in effect what he is asking the Senate to do. He wants a final vote by the end of March since the closer we get to the November election, the less likely it is that Democrat representatives and senators will risk political suicide for Obama.
